I'm very happily retired and am lucky to live near the Thames and some big royal parks, which all gives plenty of photo inspiration. I'm finding photography has become my main hobby/passion - but it's very frustrating; I can never seem to reproduce the photo I have in my brain! But I'll keep trying. Panoramio is one of my happiest discoveries; such brilliant photos by supposed 'amateurs'! Au Revoir, _Brian_.

Hello, Boban! Must have been an impressive church at one time, sad to see its present plight but still adds to the beautiful scene. L&F.

Best wishes, Brian.

Thanks for reminding me of this old photo, Yuri. Such a red boat! - who could resist a snapshot?!

Best wishes, Brian.

A delightful scene with the lifting mist and beautiful trees. Looks like it's going to be a fine day! L&F.

Impressive shot of these so lifelike sculptures. Water everywhere! I like the way you have captured the spray too. L&F.

Best wishes, Brian.

Hello, Michail. Thanks!

Best wishes, Brian.

Lovely shot of this spectacular scene! Other times, deafening, but frozen like this must be eerily quiet!

Best wishes, Brian.
