Hi there, Jody! Well, it's been over five years since I was there so I don't remember if the trail had a number or not, but it is the only trail up the mountain as far as I know. Take state highway 12 to FR 415, and follow that for about six miles to the trail head. That's about all I remember. This website here has a lot of good info that you might find helpful:
