I once heard several years ago that a secret military installation might have once occupied areas around glenrock lagoon and the creek to repel possible japanese invasion in ww2. It might have been established in abandoned mines that are now sealed off. I have also heard of possible imperial japanese documents/maps outlining this area as a prime landing point.Does anyone know if there is any basis to this?
