Have you took a really close look at Kirky lately? This is a 1970's town living in the past. Full of pound shops and closed shops , the structure of the buildings is falling apart. Go into Kirky town centre on a Sunday Morning and have a minute look , canopies not straight , flaking paint , huge risk factor to the public. Last year I saw a young pigeon in it's nest about 6 feet above the street. Subsequent councils have promised so much but either lack the funds or the way-with-all to do it.
