Where did I get it? I sat in the cold by the lake and took about thirty photographs. This is one of the better ones although I haven't posted my favorites here. If I was going to touch it up I would deal with the green tinge and try to increase the dynamic range a little bit.

and its not smog. i would bet it is a low cloud (fog to non californians) and very few pieces of the smog.
There is no such place as Providence, VA. I think their geolocation needs some tweaking.
