Hi Chris. Yes, you can walk to it at low tide, depending on which side of the island that the river is flowing. The river moves from one side to the other over several years. It is possible to go in the cave, but I have never been to the top.

I am sorry, but that beach is closed to the public. You can only visit that area at the current time if you have a Quinault tribal member with you.
