I'm afraid you have some misconceptions about what a ghost town is. Basically it's a town that died, and since Schellbourne was once a mining boom town and is now gone that would generally qualify it as a ghost town. I was following a book of ghost towns and, if this works, you can read the description of Schellbourne here. The fact that, for a couple of years, the Pony Express also used this town is neither here nor there. It was a town, it died, it is a ghost town.

The position is now correct. That is the dock at Alcatraz viewed from the aouth east. It is no YBI.
