Photographer's location remains on the wrong (north) side of the Hall. The pathway, lawns and clock tower (and other photo submissions) suggest 52:48:38N 1:13:51E would be a truer position for the shot.
I think it is and should be a tourist attraction. The town is very interesting to a large number of UK tourists. Not all just want to sit by the pool. But I agree with the comment that the one way system is not required. Also moving the market was a bad idea.

Why is this photo positioned near Malindi on the Kenyan Coast? It is hundreds of kilometers from where the photo was taken.
