This photo was taken from the hill on the other side of the road from Big Canyon Park. You can follow the trail out of Big Canyon, across Brittan avenue and follow the trail up the hill and east. It gives a good vantage point for looking back into Big Canyon Park.
If you look directly south of the map position you'll see the semi-circular wall of the primate center. The photo is positioned at the point where I took the photo.

We have a cabin on Forest Lake way up the chain. But I have always been envious of this one in Boulder. Years ago it had a sign over the door that said "My Island". Hope it's still there!!

I lived in this house in the 1990's. It has a pie shaped lot which makes the backyard HUGE. I planted several fruit trees in the back.
