I joined Panoramio at the beginning of April 2007 by loading a selections of pictures of my electronic archive, resulting from a scanning of about 6000 slides and negatives taken mostly between 1980 and 2007. The latest loaded pictures are taken with digital cameras and as a consequence are sharper and colorful.
Pictures are showing places and lanscapes I had the opportunity to visit during the numerous business trips as well as during vacation days. A part of the images are dedicated to the surrondings of where I live, the Susa Valley in Piedmont, Italy.
All pictures are here for the benefit of everyone and as personal very very little contribution to the knowledge of our marvellous planet.
Almost all the pictures are linked to google-earth and are visited from there same as I did in the past with everybody else images, enjoing views and kindness of the people sharing them.
I'm not writing anything specific on myself as this is irrelevant for the principle of sharing pictures; information might be find out serching on the web, by typing my name surname within "".
