This photo was taken from a swtichback on the PCT. We had just hiked up an un documented trail from the valley below. That water was really cold.

Thanks Shyybluu, This campsite is east over the ridge from the PCT. See map for location. The photo "Forked Butte" is also taken from this campsite. These are early August photos. We melted snow for water. Ron, Redmond, Oregon
