Thank you for your comment on my Sequoia photo... I have summited Mt Silliman two weeks ago. There were lots of snow, totally beautiful climb with spectacular views of all the Sierras!
I camped on the other side of Moose lake from where this photo was taken, a day earlier. Thanks for posting your photos! It is nice to see things from other vantage points.
Amazing, I passed within a quarter mile of this spot the day before you took this photo (8/28/09). I'm hoping to revisit the Tablelands in the summer of 2010.

I think this meadow is Cahoon Meadow and not Silliman Meadow.
