I am a graduate from the Colorado School of Mines with a geological engineering degree. Recently started work in the oilfields as a mudlogger. Climbing and mountaineering is in full force and my lifelong passion now. A few years ago I thought about trying to always take very high quality photos but when I started technical climbing, snapshots with my favorite point and shoot just is easier. I now use Canon SD series point and shoot cameras almost exclusively and love how the photos turn out fur such a small camera! I post loads of photos and beta on Summitpost so check it out. After a few years of inactivity here on Panoramio, I am happy to see the upload process streamlined and I am going to upload photos from many of my climbing and hiking trips in 2012, 2013 and now in 2014. Enjoy and cheers! Matt - May 27, 2014

I am very thin and I couldn't fit either! I had to walk above it. A very cool place indeed

Amazing photos.Hi from Greece

That explains it!

I like your photo. It is very nice.

Very nice photo. It looks like a great place to explore, being very open and the local relief is not so great.

I can just imagine the forces that contorted the layers in that rock.
