I know. We only walked by the beach for the one late afternoon, but it was beautiful. The beach, however, is large, smooth (yet very hard) rocks. So, although the snapshot looks comfy and wonderful, nobody really sits on the beach - it's just too lumpy.

Cremona was just a lovely city. We accidentally ended up there because we couldn't get lodging in Piacenza and this was the nearest town to it. We never made the train trip into Piacenza because this place was just so beautiful. There are signs on every corner pointing to violin makers and repairmen - the place is an insect in amber; still perfectly intact but with modern people walking about inside the city.

didn't know if I would ever see you on this trip! TGhanks for a pix of you!

Nacm - we're still there - these other pics were purchased from a homeless man in front of the casino. :>)

It just seems so ... fitting!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... so beautiful. Great pics!

You're right, nac, rolling hills and small little villages. Beautiful!

Lovin' the pics and blogs and tweets! Can tell you're having a raving good time, m'dear!

I would really like a copy of this photo for cards! Hey -- how about letting your friends take a picture of you!

A roadrunner and gecko on the wall of a vintage English stone cottage! Amazing!
