Note that this is a very deep anchorage unless you go all the way up into the bay, or up close to the edges. But, there are live coral in the shallows. We anchored in the middle in sand at 32m (100feet).

We named this beach Horsefly beach because of the vicious flies that even attacked you while you were in the water (you had to protect your head or get bitten!).

At the end of the runway at Tahiti. I was told this, and the two boats nearby, were placed here intentionally for recreation.
