thanks for your picture, but please, allow me a little remark: actually the picture shows the roman amphitheater. The roman circus is located about 100 m away this place.
The lighting of the Kuwait Towers by night gives a different perspective and color than by day. The bright blue of the towers becomes brown, increasing the magnificence of the buildings.
The place, usually crowded, becomes isolated with only some very few taxis approaching the place.
