So what made you take this photo. I have spent many hours fishing from where you have shot this. I really love this area. Particularly from Ottawa Island to Mary's Island. I am not too sure Mary likes to see me, and guess I can understand why. I would not want to see lots of me either if I were living on "her?" Island. Good picture! I also found it really cool how the local youngsters would come to spots like this with three kegs of Molson Canadian, jump in three 18-19' aluminum boats, 10-15 friends, and set off for the McCoy islands at night. This is a bit of a trip to navigate to with only the moon light, rocks, islands, and possibly other fixed navigational lines of sight. Thanks for sharing!

Very interesting! I would have figured that such a massive object protruding out of the water would have been removed because of navigation issues.
