These Camels are waiting for riders at the South end of the beach from Essaouira. The ruin in the water is said by locals to be the Castle that inspired Jimi Hendrix to write "Spanish Castle Magic" when he lived here briefly. The song was actually recorded before he ever set foot in Morocco.

I'm not positive that I've got the location exactly.
