The cited (land-locked) latitude/longitude for these float-homes definitely is incorrect. The correct location is "Fishermans Wharf", in the James Bay district of the city of Victoria, about 4000 feet west of the Inner Harbour.

Photo actually located some 3-400 m to NW, by the cluster of other photos titled "Westgate Gardens". I know, I live within 100 m of the place.
