Really nice, the light shining through the tree guards on the new hedge plants just make it.

This photgraph was taken in February 2008 from the same position as the 1920s shot. The buildings remain but their use has now changed to residential. The elms have all been lost and the growth of other trees has changed the open aspect of the village.

This photograph was probably taken in the 1920s and shows Manor Farm buildings with the railway separating the farm from the village. The landscape is very open and enhanced by the many elm trees subsequently lost to Dutch Elm Desease. The ancient Wychwood Forest can be seen on the ridge.
