From the Translation: Looks like it was an old Communist Party Committee building? Though the last word is "klub", perhaps it's a Social Club nowadays. I imagine the locals need any facilities like this in such a cold place.

I imagine there are few if any days one can get the Deckchairs out here sunbathe and go for a nice swim:-)

Оконечная станция тропосферной радиорелейной линии связи, которая в течение 35 лет обеспечивала обмен информацией между расположенными на Таймыре городом Дудинка и поселком Диксон. if you have more pictures from buidings from your town, send them to me, I would like to draw them in 3d for google earth. The pictures have to be taken from all angles, front, back , left and right sides, and best you indicate the correct location. Thanks
