I love to walk the lanes and streets of the local villages, with my camera in hand. I will upload the more interesting photos for others to see, I am a just an old retired guy that takes pleasure in the simple things in life . I have just started to take more interest in some of the great photos by others. As you may tell from my photographs I am just a amateur, we all have to start sometime .The main thing I enjoy taking the photos and like to think that I will improve with time. My favourite subjects are Trees, old Victorian buildings and there chimneys, I also find village Churches and there surroundings so interesting. So I have started a small group album just dedicated to The Village church.

Thank you Bob

I'm allright so far, however, the uncertain future of PANO is causing me some bad feelings, of course.

But I am following the optimistic way, just as it was said once by Luther (the founder of the prostestant church -as you surely know): "Even if I knew, that tomorrow the world would end, so I would today plant an apple tree".

And as for the weathervanes: I do the same, and have found some really funny pieces up til now.

Regards, Volker
