I'm guessing that the coordinates are off for this picture. The maps are showing this feature well to the East of the main Pinnacles area, whereas I know that there is nothing that large outside the Park. My guess is that it is one of the large rock features on the West side. Resurrection Wall perhaps?

This Picture was actually taken at the mouth of the Santa Cruz Harbor.

The position should actually be south of the pier. You can see the pier in the picture.
