I played on this as a child in the 1950s while on holiday. I went there this July and saw that some of the holes had been incorporated into new gardens and painted up.

When was this picture taken?
I used to visit the similar one in Urmston/Flixton as a kid. I have since heard it has been demolished. It was at the roundabout near the Curzon Cinema... any info would be appreciated.
