HVLE owned Adtranz V330.3 'Blue Tiger' number 250 011 at Michendorf Yard having run round a sand train from Teltow, which then departed towards Wilhelmshorst at 19:35 on 17/8/2011.

Mick, This 103 seems to be in a classic DB livery. I remember seeing these locos (then new) featured on leaflets and timetables back in the early 1970s when I went 'Interailing'- chasing DB steam of course!

Very true Mick, i had many recordings of this loco when it was standing in for Virgin 47's and later the MML HST shortage.
This was running with 47703 at that time if i remember but my recordings show this one sounded very gutsy! (real word?) I think it went into BH as a fully serviceable & had all its re,

No, 'Rabbits' work through Sarstedt two hourly, with the 'opposite hour' being DMU worked. The next working after this one was the one which we travelled back into Hannover on and the 218 was shoving at the rear on that occasion.
