Daan Prinsloo
on Google Maps
From a young age I loved travelling and taking pictures as memories of the places I have seen. Many of these are colour slides, and some 30 year old slides are among my photos here on Panoramio. With little background in IT and the visual arts, I'm trying to come to grips with all kinds of technology and techniques and possibilities in digital photography. I love the outdoors, but in recent times have been more city bound. My wife is also on Panoramio and we share this great experience.

Daan Prinsloo's conversations

Daan Prinsloo, now at least I am aware of the basic mechanism. Well captured :).

Daan Prinsloo, this is the first time I have seen a hot air balloon in panoramio. Well captured & I like it. I also like to travel in hot air baloon, but this is not available in my country (Sri Lanka).

Thanks Elios, I cannot even get into Questions and Support, my PC just hangs at "loading". I told Draken this change will craete problems. Ciao, Daan.

Absoluut, een lange!

But there are a "lot" off angry members

Yes Graham, the rhino issue is an absolute and terrible disgrace, even Afrikaner vets, farmers and hunters are cashing in. We now live in a cruel money grabbing world and anything goes.

Thanks Finn, it is very photogenic old farm near a dolomitic water source, hence the name "Eye". The water in the dolomitic structures pops out from the earth at these eyes to form rivers. Cheers, Daan.

Hallo ferdi, ja op de oomblijk kombineer ik werk en plesier en krijg zoo talle foto's vir GE. Deze week op pad na en terug van Mafikeng was de wolken uitzonderlijk. Groeten

Thanks Erhard, it is nice to combine work and pleasure, and get some GE photos. I am struggling with the new Panoramio.
