Nice shot. Very Aussie bush. Red dirt, trees, yellow grass and an old wood hut.

Interesting and a bit sad to see an industry gone by the wayside... Another fine photo!!
I love these retro ye-olde photos.. Nice to see Australia who it was in a slower paced world.. Cheers, ~Lex
Covered by a cloud - that doesn't happen that often - good catch and Welcome to Rainbows - Greetings towards Down Under
Very nice. The foreground sea is so calm while the cloud roll threatens.
google earth in the grampians used to have the minor roads in the right spots. but after an update of some sort, they are way off. u can see the dirt track in the pic, and then the overlay is nowhere near. used to be able to zoom to a certain height and it would show walking tracks also, but thats gone as well. a few other things vanished, not sure why.
youre right about peoples content not being correct. i try to put my pics in the right place, helps having a gps in the camera, but some people just put anything anywhere. the balconies and pinnacle pics end up in the middle of nowhere. best one i saw was phillip island penguins somewhere in the grampians.
Thanks, happy to share! Every time I drive past this spot,I'm amazed at the sheer size of this tree. Most of these valleys once had very large trees, but they are largely lost.
Old Ektachrome is the best...
