The whole family were not killed in the accident and the house is not actually haunted but the story behind the story is much more interesting..........and much more Thai.
we spent our time at le meridien. So we explored the
area arount the hotel. At the beach we went down the left side to the small beach restaurant were you also can take a massage. behind there are big rocks. We passed them and went down the beach.
At the left side, there you can se a 1,5m high wall. Climb up this wall and you're at the hotels garden. there is also this pool. When you pass the pool on the left side, there is a small abadoned toilet and a path with stayrs. There you can take a walk up and you get to some damaged hotel houses. When you walk up the stairs you go trough the "jungle" (very nice).
I can remember in this "jungle" there is also a statue of an elephant. We met at this place an german who told us something about this hotel. He has been there some years ago but this hotel was destroyed at tsunami but it should be repaired.
Maybe the hotel is revitalised again?
I'am shure that i got nearly the right place for this image.
I hope this hints help you to find this. Because it was realy interesting. There you shurely can take lots of pics and get realy good impressions.
A small hint when you go down the beach you also can find a small demolished stair. When you go up you can see a old small ghost house. Also nice. :-)
