Susquehanna Courthouse sits at the end of Public Avenue in this picture. Interestingly, the white paint has been removed revealing the original red brick. Only the columns, pediment & cupola are currently white.

Don't forget to include it in the Courthouse group! Great picture, wish they'd kept this building instead of building the current courthouse.

Per the Rabun County Historical Society, the previous courthouse built in 1908 was on the same site as today's building. An earlier courthouse once stood a few blocks to the east at the corner of Savannah and Main (on the east side of Main).
