The person who lives upstream from this bridge is a real jerk. Looks like the people downstream are have similar beliefs. I don't know how they can enjoy living there when they spend half of their time yelling at people who want to enjoy it too. The man upstream is extremely selfish and has his finger on the dial to call the sheriff. I had to restrain myself but I am not alone in my deep resentment toward this Californian.
