What you see is not called "Bridge of Flowers". It´s called "Västgötaspången" and is yearly decorated with beautiful flowers. It was originally donated by a person and is called Västgötaspången because it´s location near to Västgöta Nation (the oldest student nation in Uppsala and Sweden), which you can see as the yellow-orange buildings in the background.
