My photos are mostly of the Western landscape. I try to document the "wide open spaces," and, of course, my photos make things look more attractive than they really are. I generally avoid uploading photos of the classic places because Google Earth will not benefit from more photos of them. Contact me at rmaughan2 AT cableone Dot net

Hi Christian, Roger and Ralph, thanks for the nice comments, the different layers are pretty unique. Glad you stopped by, Best Wishes, Greg.

Oh, that's a very beautiful small town. A beautiful shot. Regards Stefan

Off the beaten track . . . liked!

I am glad these photos are being posted. It is easy to take a pretty photo, shooting over the trash, but Google Earth, should in my opinion, show viewers what the countryside is really like.

Magical moment, wonderful shot! *Like With friendly greetings, MaX

I wish I could give you more information about Stauffer Creek. Although I have uploaded a couple photos taken near the creek, it was the only time I have visited the area. I did not plan to go there, but finding myself there on a drive through the "hills," I took some photos.

Thanks Rich.

I agree, all of these coastal volcanos are hard to find with clear skies. In this case the clouds were just lifting after a gloomy day.

Happy trails, Bruce

I love your composition! Isn't winter just beautiful up here? Like from Round Valley!!

Thank you.

I hope the summer photo season for landscapes is not over. If so, my last photo trip, though just 2 days, was a fun adventure.
