It was a very humid day for the area, slowly building to a big thunderstorm.

A nice memory to have. Perhaps too your father took you to nearby Lake of the Woods. I have fished neither.
This photo was taken just after we showed up to boat. It was during that unusual July cool spell, and a thunderstorm emerged right over the water (in photo). It slowly grew, but lasted the rest of day.
