This place was great. I made my purchase about 4 years ago but actually just looked it up to order more from them. I was planning to be in Bangkok for a few days on my way to Laos so I ordered some custom pants. After I was in Bangkok for a few more hours I realized I hated it and wanted to leave town the next morning, so I had the hotel manager call them up and see if they could expedite the tailoring, in a few hours (they delivered just after midnight) I had some seriously excellent pants. Unfortunately now after a few years of too much work and too little exercise my butt is a bit large for them but the pants are still in great shape.
Take my opinion with a grain of salt, it was probably about a year before the other reviewers, so the quality may have declined since then. and being from the states the fact that I could get good quality custom made pants in less than 12 hours for 40$ impressed me greatly, enough that I have no qualms about the price. Additionally I am not a suit connoisseur but the pants fit me like a glove, and I received compliments on them every time I wore them, additionally they have lasted through 3 years of light use and a year of moderate use without any visible damage.
I note that the word 'PALACIO' on the town hall facade [See ID 9560277 of 21 Nov'2006] has now, 26 Sep'2007, been removed. Fair 'wear and tear' or an intentional make-over I wonder?
