Good smiles - and the energy clearly still there! Ouch, is that a broken arm?

Good shot overall, I'm surprised to see there was no flash fired (if Panoramio keeps the extra info straight)

Yes, I noticed that it doesn't show up on Google Earth. I gave my best guess as to its location. Was I close?

Sì, ho notato che non viene visualizzato su Google Earth. Ho dato la mia ipotesi migliore per quanto riguarda la sua posizione. Mi è stato vicino?

Now then now then now then! Just because you're an American Kenyan Indonesian Muslim Christian Chicago Democrat Machine Politician with big friends in Wall Street, it shouldn't be any bar to high office in the land of opportunity - after all the USA does have the best democracy money can buy!

Thanks Eric. As this one is unprocessed, it could be regarded as the most 'honest' version. Personally, as an image, I like the hazy one best, but not by much!

Actually B52 contrails en route from South Carolina to the Middle East - always visible over this part of the UK whenever there's any 'bother' intersecting with commercial air traffic.

Scary? Not really because it was one of those 'never saw it coming' accidents which result in immediate unconsciousness. The sort of accident where you have seconds watching it coming, can do nothing about it, and then stay conscious throughout are the really scary ones. Those are the sort that can give you mental/emotional problems for the rest of your life. 4 months after that accident I was back in the drivers seat, no problems.
