Paul is correct. general Maxilom is the present name of Mango Ave. Way back in the 60's it used to have plenty of mango trees in the middle of he street.The bar that Ted is talking is besides the Caltex Service station in-front of Iglesia Church. The foreground of my pictures.

This is first reclamation of Cebu before F.F. Cruz and Co. connected the Cebu Reclamation and the Mandaue Reclamation in the 90's. This is also the starting point of the Sinulog Fluvial Parade Sponsored by the late Mr. Ernesto Ouano since when it started. Before Cebu had a bridge this is where they transported people and cars on the other side which is Mactan Island.
