The Säntis taken from the harbour of Friedrichshafen in seldom clear weather, you can clearly see the station on top of the mountain - about 45 km line of sight!
Remarkable landmark at the lake constance. One can take a closer look and enter the castle, it is hosting a restaurant as well as a little museum, you can even enter the twoer - great view!
Compare the plane to the Satellite Photo of the Hangar in Dübendorf: It's exactly this machine parked close to he museum.
By the way: You can see her american sister, the DC-3 from Crossair in Friedrichshafen on the Runway, as well as about 2 km to the northwest over the little village called Kehlen
