Hi John, the photos were indeed taken in 1959. Any chance you or anyone you know has photos of the Hebgen Lake fault scarps from AFTER 1959??

Thanks!

You must hike to this location. As the sun was setting I wanted to create a sun star against the sea stack. As the photo shows light will bend around objects, which creates the star effect.

During the great flood of the ice age, Dry Falls was many times larger than Niagra Falls.

Today, in my judgement it is one of the finest places for fly fishing in the state. Sitting in a float tube in front of 400 foot basaltic walls and casting for large rainbow and brown trout is a fine experience.

Catch and release in the name of the game so quality fishing meets with outstanding scenery to forge unbeatable moments.
