Yes, it has moved on and we are expected to do the same, but surely we can stop for a breather now and then and reflect on scenes such as this and others in your album, which to me are far more interesting and peaceful than the remnants we have been shown of late.

ładne, pozdrowienia z pl :)

Hello Darja thanks for the fantastic comment and like, best wishes Karin

Hallo Berend dank voor je wow en like, het is niet zo heel veel werk hoor .. groetjes Karin

Hallo Jenny dank voor je F en L met leuk commentaar, groetjes Karin

Thank you Jak for your comment and L&F. Yes they are everywhere now. I believe they originated from Turkey but see they are also in Colorado. As beautiful as they are and in a way quite spectacular when grown in commercial quantities, I prefer to see them or any flower in their natural habitat. Just admired some spring flowers on the Colorado mountain slopes, absolutely magnificent against a backdrop of alpine green pasture, snow covered, bluey-grey mountains and an azure blue sky with a few scattered cumulus clouds. Why Jak are you so privileged?

Perhaps I'm being cynical; may depend where one is coming from, but I find it sad, very sad it should come to this. It makes you wonder has the owner been consulted? No, I don't mean the current custodians, they no doubt have done all they could to keep it in the family. The National Trust entrusted with the preservation of our "Heritage" will no doubt see to it the heritage in brick and mortar will be preserved. As for the other heritage, the one that has been passed on from generation to generation, the gift to all who worshiped there, there is no authority that enforces such preservation. That heritage is a priceless gift that started with the One who said about Himself: " The Son of man has nowhere to lay his head……".He does not need buildings……He lives in the hearts of His people.

Hi, Enrico. Wonderful picture. LIKE+FAV. Best Regards, Sergey.
