Kiev,train station correct-Marker location wrong.
Marker is placed in carriage sidings, SE of this photo.I would suggest that this is taken from platforms 2/3 or 4/5,looking NW. The footbridge at
rear of train can be clearly seen on Google Earth.
No footbridge at Kiev Tovarniy.

Это на Хмельник не похоже, скорее всего Жмеринка. В Хмельнике нет электрификации жд путей
