I like taking pictures in Sleeping Giant Park. My goal is to visit as many lakes as possible within the park. My count shows approx 16 more lakes to go. Finally getting comfortable with my new camera ( Dec09).
This appears to be the remains of a CCF-Brill S44 motor bus that was manufactured here in Thunder Bay at the old Can Car site.Sometime between 1944 and 1954. A piece of history. See more of this bus in my photos.

amazing nature
there's a small creek that flows up from Thunder Mtn I climbed/crawled up it in the spring.
I can remember the fire tower, I was there as a kid some 40 years ago. The tower is gone but the mounts sunk in the rock still exist.

Thanks to whom ever made the suggestion for the proper location. That was only my second trip up the river & camera doesn't have gps.
