Icebergs break off from the glacier and float around - some are as big as a small car!

This marker is at the edge of the parking lot, north of highway #93. The Brewster Bus building is to the left of this marker, which is out view in this picture.

Beautiful walk - especially on a hot day. The mist from the various falls cool you off and the temp is also cooler along the bottom of the canyon.

This was August of 2006 - very windy and COLD - almost blew us off the Glacier!!!

Very windy breeze coming off of the Glacier - picture taken in August but the wind chill was -12 degrees celcius
