I know the title is a little misleading but what an address! I rented the building of Tim Gray (the milkman) for four years. It had a huge drain in the middle of the floor downstairs. Upstairs was a small office and a work room. We built a suspended sealing out of tent cloth (because we were tent makers) and use the upstairs to repair tents.
