I have visited 91 countries and 7 Dependencies and Territories ( Adjara, Cook Islands, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Palestinian territories, Western Sahara, Zanzibar.
In 1995 i did trans Africa overland with Encounter Overland from Cape Town 2 London 17,000 miles, had a great time in Zaire.
In 1996-97 i did the south American circuit from Quito 2 Quito 20,000 miles overland with Exodus Overland.
The first country i visited was Belgium in June 1980.

I was in my last year of college in 1979. I had a minor in Persian History and was looking forward to going to Iran. Then this evil man returned from Paris and "poof" all sanity went right out the window. One of America's finest presidents who continues his life of compassion -Jimmy Carter - was ousted for The evil Ronald Regan - all because Iranians who were my age became brain washed by The Ayatohla of Evil. Iran still doesn't understand America yet we are supposed to endeavor to better understand them. Americans are very forgiving, Iran should say that they are sorry.
