Where's Waldo ? If you want to be happy for one night, get drunk. If you want to be happy for one week, get married. If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, embrace photography ! Photograph what you like - at least one person will admire the results. Don't worry about chasing the light - it travels much faster than you can - chase what intrigues you and record the images that make themselves available. Repeat if necessary. Photograph from the heart , not what is trendy or popular - if you always do what has already been done , you will only get what's already been got ! ... we as photographers try to capture unique moments in time - those unique moments are not worth much unless we share them with others ! ... life is short ... photograph hard ... email ... Always follow the 2 basic Rules of Photography Rule # 1 - there are no rules in Photography . Rule # 2 - refer to Rule # 1 ..... As a photographer , my goal is to be remembered as a disciple of Edward Abbey , not the next Edsel Adams !

Hi Naduuulya thanks for yur visit and remarks

Thanks very much, Waldo, John, S.Abt, and Amelia - lots of fun making this kind of image on stormy days like today. We've had a lot of rain the past few days, but the big whammy is coming tomorrow. Hope you are all well and happy. Best wishes from a stormy West Coast (O:

With that big head and skinny little legs, it's hard to believe they can move so fast. But then watching them run is a thing of beauty, gliding through the air, mostly, with a powerful relaunch on each touchdown.

A truly beautiful shot, Carlee

"....Google Maps is basically a smartphone app for people who don't know up from down , east from west ( city folk - who ain't smart enough to pour piss out of a boot )"

My sentiments exactly! I've witnessed this scenario time after time, Quality vs Quantity, and since quantity brings in more $$$ (for the short sited, money-hungry, megamonopolized corporations) quality is abandoned until sometime down the road when it is realized in hindsight.

I believe this is where that second mouse finds the cheese!

Waldo, I think that's the idea. I would have done the same... but I only took a photo of them :-(
