Sorry, that link doesn't work, just go to my photos and find the one with the helicopter and then start forward from there.

Beautifully captured nature; great composition, Antonina.

Hi Dwayne, nice photo! I got asked this question below tonight, maybe you'd know better than me. I told him I didn't think so, I remember it all being pretty darn steep.

IHMayhew 1 hour ago Photos look great, trying to plan a hike to Racoon Pass, do you know if there is access up from Procyon Lake and the Toba River.<

I just had a look at my map and I'm inclined to say no. We stood on the edge of the pass looking down into that hole and there are a lot of cliffs, bluffs and steep bush. The only guy I know that travelled from the Toba river into the alpine (and vice versa) has been dead a few years (John Clarke)but he wrote extensively in the B.C. Mountaineering Club and Alpine Club of Canada journals about his numerous trips through that area so if you can get a hold of those you might find something out. We got helicoptered in onto the Wave glacier and hiked down into the pass/park and then walked out to the Elaho River. I'll put your question to one other friend who might have an idea and get back to you.

Very beautiful landscape: YSL
Kind regards, René

Welcome to Panoramio Dwayne, I'm surprised it took you this long to get here, nice that those pesky glaciers are melting so we can have better lake views, eh?

No, standing outside.

Are you saying those 2 weren't model climbers?
