  1. Bakhshi Ishkhanyan was not a scolar he was a social activist and writer.

  2. He wrote many books about Armenian genocide (1915-1923) and Armenian pogrom in Baku (Great horrors in the Baku - 1919) and he was a great patriot of Armenians. And I appreciate youre sence of homour allegedly he added a phrase and descendants of the ancient Albanians to his words The Armenians residing in ARTSAKH are partly aborigines and partly repatriates from Iran.

Did u know why I highlited the word ARTSAKH ? Because russified toponim of Nagorno-Karabakh got used ater his death in 1921...
