This is a nice idea for a photo but I think you have placed too long an exposure on the waves. Motion blur is a difficult subject to capture, too much gives an excessive feeling of movement and the viewer gets the feeling of motion sickness. I only know this as I fell foul of this error a few years ago. Also I would be tempted to use a bit of post processing magic to remove the black spot on the crest of the wave in the bottom centre of image as this seems to draw the eye in to the wrong area. I do like the sharp pebbles giving fore ground interest though.
