Title is incorrect. ikeak is right. the kayakers have a lovely view of the Mendenhall Glacier if they turn their heads twenty degrees to the left.

This is the Lemon Glacier, a tongue of the Juneau Icefield.

Well, the last person I expected to see on my computer was Bob Klemow! Thanks for the great photos! I'm not sure how I got to you; I was looking at a Satelite picture of the Hazleton Cemetery, looking for my mother's grave, and suddenly there was a photo of yours called Hazleton at Sunset, and I clicked on it and I came to this site. How cool is that? I never even mentioned Klemow. Do you have more photos of Hazleton? You know, I'll bet people who no longer live there would like photos of their family member,s headstone .
