Interesting comment! But a bit of a stretch. Soundz like you weren't too impressed with Alamos. That's OK - we like it here and we think the arches were a bit of overkill. I've travelled all over Mex & enjoy the fact that little Alamos stays mostly unchanged.

The photos of Good Friday in Antigua were all taken in central Antigua. There is a very elaborate procession through the streets and people make these fantastic "carpets" consisting of flowers, grains and vegetables that the procession walks on and destroys. Impressive on many levels.
